Bring a jacket! As soon as the sun sets, the evenings are cold and can drop into the 30’s! It’s a rookie mistake to not dress for cold weather and you will be on the golf range for an extended time. Bring layers for day and evenings.

Download the GBOSH app now! golftec.com/gbosh Everything you need for the conference will be here. It will also notify you of changes or updates to the schedule.
Check-In
You will arrive at the hotel prior to room check in at 4pm. Give your personal credit card for incidentals as soon as you get there. When you return to the registration desk after 4pm, it will allow a faster process to get your room key.
Luggage
Luggage may be left in a designated conference room for quick access. The HQ staff will direct you. If you are part of golf on Monday or Tuesday, GOLFTEC will cover your checked fee for your clubs. Please verify your reservation first before you make a payment as some flights were booked with baggage or airlines already include baggage.
Golf Clubs - Skins
If you are playing golf on Monday (pre-registration required), please be sure your name is on your golf bag. You will be taking your clubs to the golf course on the way to the Sunday night range party where they will be safe overnight. There will not be room on the Monday shuttles to accommodate passengers and clubs together.
Stop by the golf table on Sunday to get in the skins game (bring $20 cash).
Race Cars
You must have the waiver signed prior to arriving at the hotel. The waivers will be sent to you via email. The shop has 40% discount for gear and souvenirs.
